Imagine using a clear structure of rules and procedures in your everyday interactions. Imagine you have to speak by predefined set of laws, use specific sentence structure or even be limited to predefined answers to common questions. That would be a hell! You will concentrate mostly on the given alternatives of the answers, the rules and the limitations you have in your speech; not even considering the tone of the question, the intent of the comment or the goal of the person you speak with.
That is similar to a situations when you have to speak on a language that you are not very familiar with and you try to use the words you know, just to finish the started sentence and answer back.
If you are one of those companies which work “by the strict rules”, this is how your online operators probably feel! They are limited in their speech and almost certainly not motivated and trained enough to get out of those frames (without breaking the rules).
I will sacrifice this paragraph being afraid that it would sound very philosophically, just to further motivate my view: All our lives have an actual value shaped by our established relationships with other people. In any point of seeking other tangible goals, the caring relations and the memorable experiences with people are the ones that bring in the delight and contentment. Whatever each one of us is engaged in, and whatever our working tasks include, at the end, we are just human, searching for pleasurable experience, comfort and warmness.
And why are we forgetting that fact while serving customers? Why are we risking our sales numbers and creating a “strictly formal” distance among the company and the customers?
If you concur with the stated above, some practical advices follow for getting closer to customers while going out of the borders:
Before the conversation: Be creative in putting a unique “Click here for life chat” message; e.g. “Ask Anny” (closer and warmer attitude); a kids’ website can put “Ask Mr.Know it All” and similar; If you notice that the customer meets some predefined rules for initiating a chat, don’t just say “Hi, may I help you?”, but be precise with the proposal “If you have any problems finding the prices, I’m here to help”; Use the fact that the way to most people’s mind, respect and attention is the laughter, totaling with the highly intelligent, logical and up-to-the-moment comments, quotes and sayings. Accordingly, besides the regular predefined answers, you can put some famous quotes, jokes and sayings. They can be used in any situation and create a warmer and closer relationship with the online customer;
During the conversation: Don’t limit your speech to the formal language that most customer service reps use. It is grammatically precise and elevated above the colloquial or everyday. It usually uses noun phrases e.g. “Her continual disagreement …”, sentences often start with gerunds e.g. “Having received the e-mail …”, increased use of the passive tense e.g. “The holiday was booked by …” and multi-syllable words e.g. disinterested, convenient, cautionary. Feel free to use as much as proper informal language. It is usually relating or belonging to a style appropriate to conversation rather than formal writing and uses phrasal verbs e.g. get into, let go of, come into; single syllable words e.g. get, have, and idiomatic expressions e.g. let the cat out of the bag, kick the bucket; and it uses more humans as the subjects of sentences. Adapt your writing style to theirs. Use some of the words they used to pose the question or answer in the same tone. That way you build rapport with them. Read carefully what they have written and than answer!

As we all know, there are so many types and genres of poetry and learning it one by one is time consuming, simply ‘cos one must first seek and understand the meaning of each form, before one can write a poem of his/her own in a chosen form or style, but if you are like me, (patient enough to learn new things) who loves
creating/inventing new poetic form, then bare with me and I’ll share with you the hints writing poetry in a new poetic form called “Rhyme Incorporated”
A “Rhyme Incorporated” is a poetic form
meaning “incorporation of poets’ names and the titles of their poems” in a new poem. Rhyme incorporated poem can be written as a short three mono-rhyming lines (a Tercet) or in multiple stanzas of mono-rhyming tercet and it is drawn from the titles of poems written by poets around the world. The rhyme scheme for this form of poetry is aaa, bbb, ccc, etc.; line 1 and 3 may or may not have same syllable counts.
I created “Rhyme Incorporated” as an answer to the calls of my peers/fellow poets: to write a tag poem (being played in 2007 at the Poetrysoup Community) to culminate the performance of other members by sharing a tag poem and have fun writing poetry.
Writing in this poetic form one must bare in mind to stay focus on his/her topic and no doubt must keep the interest of the readers. Also remember, in order to have a successful “Rhyme Incorporated” poem, one must read other poets works, (why? simply because how can you write a rhyme incorporated poem without knowing the names of the poets and their poems), then select the titles of their poems and with your own feelings/ideas, carefully construct a meaningful, interesting and heartfelt poem.
Well, the goal of this poetic form is to write a poem and at the same time to unite and to promote other poets and their works, and to foster and solidify brotherhood/sisterhood/camaraderie/friendship/peace among poets.
Surely, writing Rhyme Incorporated poetry is a lot of fun, enlightening and a very challenging activity. At first glance it seems difficult, but when you have the will to write, then I assure 99%, if not 100% that you can write a rhyme incorporated poem and the further you go in studying/writing in this form the closer you become the great master of Rhyme Incorporated. Oh, do not stress yourself or push your brain hard writing this kind of poetry, lest your work become meaningless and you end up not feeling well about me…lol.
And, if you are not a poet but has the craving to become one, just like me, and want to give it a try writing poetry, well there is always a solution. Use Google search and find an existing poetry forum/community/site, then join and start reading their works (you need to do a lot of reading, before you can write a rhyme incorporated poem) and at the same time read/commend their works. And, if you see an interesting title of poem that you can use for your own rhyme incorporated, list it down on a piece of paper and later write a poem, but only when you are inspired, ‘cos this way you can easily write in this form and the best part of all, it will make your poem a masterpiece that everybody will look at and of course, it will make you feel proud of yourself and feel like a great poet too.
Ok, here’s the simple rule of this poetic form, a poem is not a rhyme incorporated poem, without the names of other poets and their poems’ title in your poem. That’s it!
Lastly, do not forget to acknowledge the poets, for using their names and the titles of their works in your Rhyme Incorporated poem. This can be done by making a footnote at the end of your poem. A simple “thank you” note will be fair enough. Incorporating other poets or your own peers and their works in your rhyme incorporated poem is a compliment/an honor to all of them. But above all, be friendly or else they won’t allow you putting their names and titles of their works in your poem…lol! Good luck!
Here’s an example of a three line (Tercet) Rhyme Incorporated:
One Day In Spring
O, waiting for John Heck “In Fields of Eden”,
when “I Kissed a Butterfly” for “Breaking the Pen”
that Brandlynn Scruggs asked for “An Hour in Heaven”.
This poem consists of:
Poet John Heck, his poem “In Fields of Eden”
Poet Brandlynn Scruggs, her poem “An Hour in Heaven”
Me, my poems “I Kissed A Butterfly” and “Breaking the Pen”.

If you do write a report on the quality of the school, or a proper business document, you need a proper understanding punctuation. Here are a few punctuation marks, and tips on how they are used.
The time, exclamation points and question marks
A period or full stop is one of the most common punctuation marks and shows the end of the statement. Question marks and exclamation points are placed at the end of a statement, and implies a questioning sentence and emphasizes a statement, respectively.
The comma, colon and semicolon
A comma stands for an interruption or pause in a statement appositive, the data add the object to designate a range of products and to separate introductory phrases Adjectives and independent clauses. Commas are also used to make a direct address to use for a name, and separate direct quotes.
A semicolon separates two independent but related clauses. When two sentences are too wordy or complex, it is best to use a period instead of a semicolon. You can Use a semicolon to separate a number of elements if they are complex, including the clauses that have a comma. The colon has many applications, such as as the introduction of a list of items. Avoid using a colon in front of the posts in a regular series.
Hyphen vs. Dash
Hyphens are used regularly in the era of typewriters, when a long word reached the edge of the page. Hyphens are used today to Prefixes, words, attach, but not all words with prefixes need these punctuation marks. Compound words created by two separate words need a strip line, as well as numbers that are written as words. Use hyphens when the number under a hundred. For numbers greater than one hundred, you are using a Hyphen between all words in the number, when used as adjectives.
The hyphen is used when a short interruption achieved in a sentence for a major change in the idea, additional comments or an emphatic qualification. Strokes can also be used to provide additional clarification, as with add an explanation in parentheses. Remember that the sentence still has a natural flow, a fragmented explanation probably needs revision must be related to the use of punctuation.
Double and single quotation marks
Double quotes contained a direct quote from literature or other persons. The single quote or apostrophe is before the letter S is used to show possession. With a Singular and in response to the letter for a plural. The contraction of two words can also be created through the use of an apostrophe. An apostrophe may, within use double quotes, to show a quote from another, or a quotation in a quotation.
The appropriate use of punctuation can help to avoid mis-communication, and you can clearly and accurately express your ideas through the written word.
I need to "Letters of support" from my wife. You are on an official the immigration service sent. The purpose of the letter is a band for my wife finished. She has committed no crime and is charged with any crime. But it is without bail in jail instead of INS. It has an American and her husband (me) is American as well. I need help to liberate them.
The INS dose does not hold anyone without good reason that your wife gov't to commit some kind of offense against the bill, the gov't will not hold anyone without bond for "laughter". Maybe there is something in their past or even present you are not aware of, so dont be too quick to judge, too, against the gov't, yes, I understand that you love your wife and your love can be blind, but your wife has committed a criminal offense. Look for a lawyer, no letters of support. An immigration lawyer find out why it is held and knows all the legal jargon.

I just finished reading "The only resume and cover letter book you'll need: 600 HP for all industries Cover letters 600 for each positions position 150 of the entry level position. "As a career coach, I read so many books related to career and resume I can get my hands on. I must say I am very disappointed by this book because I felt that nothing has been very useful in the.
Yes, the title is true, there are 600 examples of CVs, but everything in the book. There was nothing in the book about what a good resume or how write a great resume itself. It was just page after page CV. In my opinion, many resume samples that were even not been good and most of them were outdated. The book gives no examples to resume in many key sectors such as federal jobs and green jobs, two labor markets warmer today.
My main criticism is that the book does not provide information unique. Everything in the book could be found simply by searching the Internet for free. In addition, many people really need examples for 600 occupations? Most people have one or two pages of the book and the rest is not relevant at all.
Finally, I was not impressed by this book all and do not recommend this book, I suggest instead of saving your money and use the Internet to the same information.
