A new trend is sweeping the world. It destroys the work of generations, and rendering old certainties uncertain. When do you do, it will not let go unchanged. Even if it does not, your environment does not remain the same.

These destroyers, deadlier than a virus, is the idea that you are responsible for fix the mistakes of others.

"Men can be destroyed to protect from excessive effort, which has little value," wrote the Chinese Philosopher Lao-Tzu in 520 BC In our days, it seems that many, in fact, willing to dedicate their lives through waste endless effort to ensure that people who refuse to be helped.

Have you ever wondered why people spend time trying to report on the activities that have no chance of leading to positive results? These three are examples of impasses:

* Repeatedly correcting the same mistake, instead of solving the problem once and for all.
* Cleaning the chaos that has created other people that they could easily be avoided if they listened to your advice.
* Making countless attempts with the same Method ineffective and negative feelings about the results depressed.

"In life, difficult problems arise from simple complicated problems," Lao-tzu said. "The wise man prefers to solve problems when they are small, so they never have a chance to grow."

Against this background, We take a critical look at every situation that demands our urgent attention. Like many of which are of our failure to participate at a time when less voltage was developed to solve?

Minimalism and retreat are rational reactions to excessive demands of our time, energy and resources. No matter how you look at it, inviting more trouble than you can handle, is not a policy conductive to happiness.

Helping others is good if you can afford without risk to the basis of your existence, but it becomes a deceptive bid if it takes you too close to the edge.

1. With a borrowed weight to wear heavy, the return to their rightful owners. To resolve, not less.
2. If you are working without issues that people consume every hour of your free time, to reconsider them and their importance to the proper size. Retain and minimize.

"Wisdom is not about the cure of diseases, but to prevent him from reflecting "Lao-Tzu." From experience, we learn, the pain that goes along with illness and how to prevent them from happening in the future. "

Overcommitment and fear are the plague of our culture. Stay out of their way by refusing to play a game likely to remove your flame.
