Some say that the art of writing letters dead. And far too many companies, large and small items in mass e-mails to all their customers and future customers so generic looking, people regard them as spam. After the advent of computers far too many people have been processed sending word of letters. However, there are ways to form the letters to appear friendly and they really change the message.
If you want more information on how to write a decent business, I am sure a great book, I think you should read. The only book in my library personal business. The name of the book;
"Customer relations and goodwill Letters" by Mary H. Moroney, 1985
The author begins with the first chapter explains how to write a letter of thanks. And there are many excellent examples of how write a letter of thanks to customers thanking them for their orders. It's amazing more companies do, not because is one of the easiest ways to ensure customer loyalty, without extreme discounts to customers to conserve. There is also a chapter on how write letters presented, and I find it most appropriate, and very fascinating.
There is also a chapter on the acceptance to speak in public, or even a decline, and there is only one way to elevate your professional status, without insulting the other party. Anyone public speaker should probably read these letters, and keep their policies and business practices.
There is also a chapter on how including a letter informing your customers that you are forced to raise prices to write. I actually used in this letter, I had than 21 years at the price I pay for my plane to increase the cleaning services. And I only lost one customer, but I managed to double my prices. The letter worked, I even considered using the same letter with the next draw next year, but I've never done. I highly recommend this book to you, and even if we are in the computer age, you never forget that writing letters Business can increase goodwill and customer relationships. Please consider this.
