When you apply for a job and send your CV, a well-written cover letter can mean the difference between success and failure. Think the letter as something that opens the door and leave your CV at the top of the stack.
I have often said that it was not good the best person for the job if your resume ends in the trash.
I have written below some examples of cover letters for you to use as writing samples. They must always follow the same format, concise and to the point. It is not necessary to include much detail what is the CV.
Cover Letter Example 1:
Dear Mr. Jones:
I recently completed an experiment in cooperation with an engineering firm in Northern California, where I took responsibility for managing a small project.
