how to write japanese address

I want the address in English or Japanese for a letter to Japan?
I have both the English and Japanese addresses a person who lives in Japan. What address would be better for me to write on the envelope of a letter to Japan? I am posting the letter from Malaysia to Japan.
You can write Just once in English. There will be no problem, and it will be here the appointed address. I have letters and packages to Japan all the time from the U.S. with the addresses in English written.
