How to write a biography about myself as an artist?
I was asked to write a bio about myself, a brochure (1-2 paragrphs) Leave a festival with me one of the artists * yay * and im not sure what I should write one or where to start. Read a sample would be nice or just tell me what I need to put in thankyou!
I'm not sure what "plays yay", but I would suggest that a or two previous exhibitions we have made, what kind of training did you have your favorite medium and if you include a favorite artist you emulate, or inspired in their works. Or where you find your inspiration. Try several paragraphs about your life, background, training, etc. then distill the paragraphs 1-2 You need. Keep the longer version and shortly. In this way, you have a starting point if you ever need to do it again.
