how to write a song fast

How can I make a quick / opening song?
Like a song that would make anyone want to dance. EXAMPLES: 7 Things, That's What You Get, etc. .. Since I usually write songs that are slow or normal .. Types such as: Take A Bow .. Goodbye (Miley Cyrus) and now I want to quickly write a song that is and Nobody wants to make dance makes sense. Please help? I have an electric / acoustic guitar and I'm 13th Thanks:)
Then write it like a normal song. It is easy to play faster. Also tried to play like metallica type stuff. Not disney crap
