how to write a donation letter in memory of someone
can someone help me write a letter of thanks?
I am a member of our local officials Corps. Someone in The city recently passed away and requested that donations be made our ambulance corps in the memory. We have received many gifts and I want to send a confirmation / thank you letters to families. Can anyone help me to speak, as I've never done before. I know I am not the exact amount … thank you all
Dear (name), the Ambulance Corp. wants to send their condolences for this loss, but say a big thank you for donations raised by you (not sure if you have them) for us. It is a gesture very friendly and attentive and who remembers in a memory (or plate) for (name of deceased) on our wall. Thank you again for your donations, we will never forget (name of deceased). Sincerely, Ambulance Corp members. go to a trophy local business and get a simple plaque with the name of the person and has given money to help find a target closer to purchase an article or help you need, or whatever amount you have helped in general.
